Return Policy

At Sit N Sleep 4 Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options and requirements.

Furniture Returns

30-Day Return Window: Eligible in-stock furniture may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be in original, unassembled condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • No signs of assembly, wear, pet hair, or smoke odors
  • All hardware, parts, and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Floor models and "As-Is" items
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Special order items (not held in regular stock)

Mattress Returns

30-Night Trial Period: A mandatory 30-night adjustment period is required before any return or exchange request can be initiated to allow your body to acclimate to the new mattress.

Mattress Protector Requirement: A new, waterproof mattress protector must be purchased from us on the same receipt and used from the first night to remain eligible for any trial or return.

Foundation Requirement: Mattresses must be used with a matching brand foundation or approved adjustable base. Use of an improper base voids the manufacturer warranty and return eligibility.

Condition Requirements:

  • No stains or odors
  • White law tag must remain attached
  • Mattress protector must have been used from day one

Inspection Requirements

Delivery Inspection: You or a designated representative (18+) must thoroughly inspect all items for structural damage, scuffs, tears, or stains while the delivery crew is on-site.

Damage Notation: Any damage, missing parts, or discrepancies must be noted in writing on the delivery invoice/Bill of Lading before the crew departs.

24-Hour Reporting Window: Any issues discovered after delivery must be reported via email to sitnsleep4less@gmail.com within 24 hours with clear photos of the issue, packaging, and signed delivery invoice.

Return Fees

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible furniture and opened mattress returns to cover inspection and sanitation labor.

Exchange Discount: If you choose to exchange for an item of equal or greater value, the restocking fee is reduced to 15%.

Pickup Fee: A flat $99 Professional Pickup Fee applies for all returns within our service area. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Defect Exception: Restocking fees do not apply to items confirmed as defective or damaged at the time of delivery and noted clearly on the delivery invoice.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value within the applicable return window. Exchange requests are subject to the same condition requirements as returns. A reduced 15% restocking fee applies to exchanges.
